The sale will only be concluded when the order is confirmed. SYNAPSE SAS / www.hygieneexpress.com reserves the right to cancel any order from a client with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The information given by the buyer when the order is made incur the liability of the latter: if there is an error in the contact details for the consignee, the vendor will not be held responsible under any circumstances for any inability to deliver the product. Dispaching included in our prices except small islands. If your package is obviously damaged upon delivery, refuse it. Do not sign the delivery note.For deliveries outside mainland France the client undertakes to pay all taxes due for imported products, customs duties, valued added tax, and all other tax that is due under the laws of the country where the order is received.
Any delays do not give the buyer the right to claim damages. Deliveries in EC countries are made by a carrier. Goods always travel at the risk of the consignee. Always check your parcel upon arrival.
You have 48 hours to register any reserves with the carrier in case of missing items or deterioration.
For reasons of availability, orders may be delivered to the client in several consignments. The client will then only pay for a single delivery.
You have 7 days (from reception of items) to consider the purchase. For exchanges or refund, send back the new item(s) in its(their) original packaging, intact and accompanied by any accessories, instructions and other documents to the following address:

If the right of retraction is exercised, www.hygiene-express.com is bound to refund sums paid by the client, without any additional costs apart from the costs of returning the item. Refunds will be due within 15 days.
PRICE
The price is expressed in Euros.Dispaching included in our prices except small islands.
The price indicated on product specifications includes transport except for French overseas departments and territories and Corsica. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes for mainland France (excluding its overseas administrative departments and territories) and excluding taxes for other countries in the Euro zone.
LITIGATION
The liability of SYNAPSE SAS / www.hygiene-express.com will, in all cases, be limited to the amount of the order and may not be incurred for any errors or omissions that might subsist despite all the precautions that have been taken in presenting the products.Use of cookies
